STEPS to Joining
1. Complete & Submit Pre-Application by fax or email
to SCTS.  
2. Get Pay Pal Account from the banner here -------------------------------->
(Optional  Account)
3. When you receive an Application Package.  Read
all the packages [Hand Book, and Agreements]
Review them all carefully. If you want to apply;
complete the Appropriate Application and return it (the
Application) with the mandatory $300 application
processing fee, which will be applied toward your
Associate Fees.
This is to demonstrate the seriousness
of your intent, and your  capability to
meet the necessary requirements! The
Associates Handbook and other
information in your contact package
will provide you with the necessary
information and contacts.
4. When you are contacted by SCTS you will given
a confirmation date for your location and a
scheduled time for your opening.   If you are in
need of it an EFIN number will be acquired and
you will be assigned an Associate ID number.  
Everyone will be given an SCTS Email address and
SCTS web page.  

There will be a check list for opening that will be be
designed for your business.
